The Youth Skills and Employment Accelerator

The Youth Skills and Employment Accelerator is an annual program led by the Global Business Coalition for Education that brings together youth-serving nonprofits and business leaders to prepare young people for the future of work.

Through the Accelerator, selected nonprofits strengthen and scale their programs in close partnership with employers, ensuring their education and training initiatives align with current and future workforce demands.

To date, this program has engaged 58 organizations across 48 cities in 24 states, reaching over 250,000 young people annually, with plans to expand the model internationally.
