NPower Ohio provides transformative, tuition-free, virtual-led IT training to young adults (18–26),  uplifting overlooked communities and providing a viable pathway to a career in Dayton, Ohio’s vibrant tech community.

NPower Ohio is part of NPower, a national nonprofit organization that has offered career training to over 12,000 graduates nationwide, with the goal of scaling to serve 15,000 annually by 2030.

Core programs within NPower Ohio include:

• Tech Fundamentals offers unemployed or underemployed individuals CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ certification and optional CompTIA A+ and Google IT Support credentials.
• Advanced Tech Careers Collaborative equips graduates with in-demand skills in Cybersecurity, Cloud and Data Analytics, positioning them for mid-level tech careers and long-term growth
• The App Development program reskills adults in tech-adjacent jobs with front-end, back-end and full-stack skills.
