Apprenti bridges the tech talent gaps by adapting the apprenticeship model to meet evolving workforce needs. Created with the support of the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA), Apprenti has trained more than 5,000 apprentices and raised over $100 million in public and private funding. Apprenticeships are open to candidates regardless of educational or technical background and the program delivers measurable outcomes: on average, apprentices more than double their income within a year and 89% are retained by their employers.

Looking ahead, Apprenti aims to scale up to training 10,000 apprentices per year, while expanding into new career pathways in life sciences and human resources.
