Registrations are now open for the Youth Skills and Employment Accelerator Leadership Lab, a three-day, in-person working session that brings together nonprofit and business leaders to collaborate on solutions to the youth skills and employability crisis.
Please note: Business and government representatives are invited to join the Leadership Lab Session on Tuesday, May 12, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and a networking reception and dinner from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Taking place in New York City from May 11–13, 2026, the Leadership Lab provides a unique space for cross-sector leaders to share perspectives, explore common challenges in empowering young people with employability skills, and develop practical strategies to strengthen pathways from education and training into employment.
Business leaders and members of the Accelerator Network are invited to register to join us at the Leadership Lab. The Accelerator team will follow up to confirm participation and share additional details about the event.
The Leadership Lab is a core component of the Youth Skills and Employment Accelerator, a national leadership program led by Global Business Coalition for Education with support from Dell Technologies and Stellantis that supports youth-serving organizations through training, capacity building, and collaboration with the private sector to expand skill-building and employability opportunities for young people across the United States.
