While many community organizations across the U.S. have stepped up to address this crisis and developed innovative solutions, their efforts are hindered by a lack of support.

The United States is experiencing a significant skills gap that, if left unaddressed, could severely disrupt our workforce, productivity, and economic prosperity by 2030. This crisis poses a particular threat to underserved youth, who often lack the resources to access quality education and training, which impacts their ability to thrive.
To address this challenge, we must invest in organizations that are already making a positive impact on the lives of young people. By providing these nonprofits with the support they need, including training in crucial skills like communications, fundraising, and strategic planning, we can help them scale their programs and reach more youth.
The Youth Skills and Employment network is a unique community of exceptional youth-serving nonprofits and their leaders. We invite you to support our 2025 cohort as they undergo a year of intensive training to increase their collective impact. Additionally, we are exploring the possibility of launching similar accelerators in Europe and Africa.
