What We Do

Our programs and activities focus on harnessing the power of the business community alongside other diverse partners to ensure every child has the best start in life, a safe place to learn, and skills for the future.

We do this by:

Setting agendas

Current rates of progress will leave more than half of all young people without meaningful opportunity by 2030.  Our policy and research bring forward the most relevant evidence to expose gaps in delivering opportunity and identify how the business community can contribute to reaching Sustainable Development Goal 4 of inclusive and equitable quality education for all.

Forging powerful partnerships

The global education crisis is so big that everyone has something to contribute. Our events and programs combine the power and know-how of the business community with young people from government, civil society, philanthropy, campaigners, academia and our Theirworld Global Youth Ambassador network to unleash the potential of the next generation.

Campaigning and innovating

We mobilise our business networks to be a voice for global education reform and finance through our #WriteTheWrong campaign. We also identify opportunities for business to engage in on-the-ground projects through initiatives like REACT.

Delivering impact

We deliver transformative results that transcend the work of any single business to unleash sustainable and scalable change. We reach for high-hanging fruit and never let go until we ensure political will, financing, inclusion and innovation meet the needs of the next generation.
