The Jacksonville Public Education Fund (JPEF) mobilizes its community to build a bridge between education, business and philanthropy to ensure every child in Duval County, Florida, graduates prepared for success in college, career and life.

JPEF’s mission is advanced through three core strategies: empowering educators; equipping youth with essential skills for the future of work via evidence-based programs and catalyzing cross-sector innovation.

This includes initiatives such as: Professional learning programs that elevate instructional quality in literacy, data-driven decision-making and digital learning; a civic leadership program that helps families advocate for systems and policies that expand access to high-quality learning and workforce pathways; and the Youth Leadership & Belonging Lab, engaging students as researchers and change-makers to design solutions that strengthen inclusion, belonging and career readiness in their schools.
