Each spring, thousands of government officials, journalists, civil society organizations, and participants from the academia and private sectors, gather in Washington, DC for the Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group. At the meetings, attendees will discuss progress on the work of the IMF and the World Bank Group. This year’s Spring Meetings events will take place from April 16-22.

GBC-Education’s annual April events will start with a high-level breakfast meeting which will look at emerging financing opportunities for education and how diverse partnerships can deliver results. This will be followed by a workshop on education outcomes funds and how this innovation in social financing can address today’s crisis in education. The final meeting will be a gathering of the Youth Skills and Innovation Commission. The events will wrap up with a members-only meet and greet.
